The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you as a customer enters with WithSegerqvist. When you place an order you agree to the terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understand the terms and conditions beforehand. The right to change these terms from time to time without prior notice is reserved. The version of terms and conditions that apply to your order are those updated on the website at the time you place your order.

Order and payment

Du kan ändra innehållet i din order fram tills du godkänner din order genom att trycka på ”BETALA OCH KÖP” efter det kommer din order att behandlas.Det är säkert att handla på withsegerqvist.com, dina betalkortsuppgifter är krypterade och kan inte ses. Du kan betala med: VISA, MASTERCARD, MASTERO

Shipping

Din försändelse skickas med Post Nord. Fraktkostnad tillkommer inom Sverige på 60kr . Notera att för alla internationella köp tillkommer ytterligare fraktkostnad. Strävan är att skicka din försändelse så snart som möjligt och inom 2 arbetsdagar. När du ändrar, drar tillbaka en order eller skickar tillbaka en vara så står du för fraktkostnaden.

Return

Om du önskar att returnera din vara med ”withsegerqvist”, så har du 14 dagar på dig från det att du som kund mottagit din order. Notera: vid returnering står du själv för fraktkostnaden.  Skicka då gärna ett mejl till alexandra@withsegerqvist.com och meddela att du väljer att returnera produkten.

NOTE:: Du har ansvaret för produkterna tills de kommit tillbaka. Se därför till att dom är väl packade och spara försändelsekvitto och tracking-nummer. 

NOTE: För att minimera miljöpåverkan skickar vi bara ditt kvitto till mail. Det kommer alltså inte finnas något utskrivet kvitto i din order.

Refund

När ditt paket kommit tillbaka till vår adress, kommer den ses över och du kommer att få tillbaka summan du betalade vid ditt köp. Rätten att dra tillbaka en återbetalning vid behålls fram tills det att varan har anlänt tillbaka. När varan är anländ kommer återbetalningen hanteras inom 5 veckodagar. Summan kommer alltid att återbetalas via Klarna till samma betalningsmetod som du betalade med. 

NoteraIf you return a parcel from outside EU, you need to pay the costumfee – and it will be deducted from the full amount we refund.  

YOU CAN LOOSE YOUR MONEY WHOOLY OR PARTLY DUE TO LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT, BECAUSE:

• It has been damaged while you were responsible for it
• You have handled the item differently than it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work
• You have not followed the restrictions in the right of refund

Claim

As a consumer, you have 3 months right to claim which means that you can either get the defective item repaired, exchanged, get the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Notera: Kläderna är gjorda av återvunna silkessaris. Varje sari handplockad av oss och därefter tvättad och kollad dels av våra kollegor i Indien, och sedan vid leverans till Sverige för att hålla god kvalité. Detta betyder att någon gång kan det ha förekommit ett litet hål i plaggen som lagats på ett fint sätt av skräddarna. Detta är en del av den hållbara klädkedjan och inte en giltig anledning att reklamera plagget.

It is required that the claim is authorized and that the damage has not occured by incorrect use. Please make a claim as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect and atleast within3 months after delivery.Send it with a detailed description of the defect of the garment. If the claim is justified, we will refund shipping costs if these are considered reasonable. If not, you will have to pay all costs of transportation.

Reservation för fel

We take reservations for printing errors and price errors on the homepage. In case of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order after we have informed the buyer about this.
